Welcome!

My name is Patricia von Allmen. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Fitness has always been part of my life.

During my early adolescent years I realised how exercise made a difference in how I approached my daily life. I felt energised, confident and ready to face any challenges that were presented to me. This is still the case today.

After 8 years of working in fast paced corporate world in the Pharmaceutical Industry, I realised deep down inside of me, that I was not living my true purpose.

Almost immediately, I made a plan on how I was going to get re-certified in all the areas that I am truly passionate about. It comes natural to me to make a difference in the lives of individuals who want to feel better about themselves and improve their overall well-being.

Today, at the age of 59, I am living my true purpose and know this is what I am meant to do and where I am meant to live.

Having traveled and lived in Europe for over 30 years, I grew fond of the French culture, and ultimately landed in beautiful Provence. The people, the weather, the simplistic way of life, and the culture fascinates me.

My vision is to share with you ways in which you can exercise no matter what age and health limitation you may have or have struggled with during your lifetime. There are always ways to modify exercises. We all have different levels of capacity. It’s learning to accept where you are in your training, and progress from there.

My mission is to ignite the unlimited power of the mind and body that we all have within ourselves. By safely and effectively creating personalized and targeted workout programs that are specifically designed for each and every one of my clients.
