EQUIPMENT: A resistance band, a yoga block or pillow, light dumbbells, a mat, a wall and a towel to wipe your sweat off!
All you will need is the motivation to get up and move and a willingness to feel some muscle soreness. This intermediate+ level class will definitely make you workout hard, sweat and feel great!
