1 hour of functional movement using equipment you have at home: A towel, A couch, A wall, 2 thick books, pillows and 2 one litre water bottles.
If you have the following it works as well: yoga belt, mat, resistance band and yoga block, light dumbbells.
The purpose of the class is to get you tuned into yourself and to turn off your mind about Covid, or whatever other stresses you may have in your life at this moment.
